UK oil giant BP has released video taken by a remote-controlled camera showing oil and gas gushing out of one of the ruptured pipes nearly 1.5km underwater in the Gulf of Mexico. The 30-second clip posted on the US Coast Guard website gives the public a first look at the source of the massive oil spill now spreading across the US coast. The footage shot on May 11 shows the larger of two leaks on the riser of BP’s Deepwater Horizon drilling platform, which exploded on April 20, spewing million litres of oil into the sea. @Cathy89 I hear you joy, girl.. Ive been using the diet suggest at the site WeightLossAction.Info and in only a couple of weeks I already lost about 45lbs..can’t be more happy :)

@missdorapaige you can do all of these with resistance bands, just make sure you by different strengths you can even find them at Target or online. Good luck.
You can use bands instead. Buy a couple different resistance bands and hook them around a sturdy object. You can do your rows that way. You can also hook them above a door or a piece of pipe in a ceiling, have a seat on the floor, lean back slightly and perform a pull down. Hope this helps.
I agree I dont havea gym membership (way to expensive…recession!) and I would love to know a few different workouts you can do at home that can give you the same results ;)
