oil on spark plug when i removed it!?

Question by Eric: oil on spark plug when i removed it!?
when removing my spark plugs to do a compression test i realized one of them was completely soaked in oil.
all four of them had oil residue on top… not much but some, but the on was soaked.

I did the compression test as to the directions on the internet.
the readings were as follows after 5 pumps for each cylinder.

#1 198 psi
#2 200
#3 197
#4 200

when i removed all spark plugs they were all black and charred at the ends, looks like they have been all misfiring… the engine is hard to keep running until it is warm but the still has a hard time in gear. I am only trying to kill one problem at a time so if you have an answer to just the oil i would appreciate it… or the reason the spark plugs are all not burned… i figured fuel injectors could be a problem for that but please let me know

thank you in advance
Eric
i have just changed the throttle position sensor as well… in case that may become an answer for the spark plugs being coated in soot

Oil is a sign of worn piston rings.

Some type of additive could help out a little bit.
