witch-hazel and tea tree oil work best for the skin..
To be honest..you cant do much without products..I really recommend neutrogena or dermalogica..
If you really dont want to use product you HAVE to keep your skin extremely clean..Dont even think about touching your pimples..keep washing..they shall eventually go..dont east or touch grease..
