They should, however, be able to solve the oil leak problem in August, 2010, when they drill another oil well, nearby. BP could deploy equipment Sunday or early next week in order to start the procedure known as a “top kill” to stem the flow of oil leaking into the Gulf of Mexico. The price of light sweet crude oil nosedived Thursday, reaching its lowest point since July 2009.
